CJ Forge manufactures custom steel die forgings for aerospace customers at its facility in Champaign, Illinois. The facility is AS9100:D certified (registered by Intertek) and ISO 9001:2015 registered, with a scope that covers forging manufacture and machining for aerospace and other industries.

We produce impression die forgings from 8 ounces to 80 pounds in carbon and low alloy steels, and proportionally smaller forgings in stainless steels and high alloys, on mechanical presses from 1,600 to 4,400 tons. Engineering, tool and die, and machining are done in-house, with heat treating and finishing options.
