CJ Forge supplies custom and standard steel die forgings to the mining industry from its facility in Champaign, Illinois. In mining, avoiding delays and downtime can make all the difference, so forged parts have to be dependable in demanding conditions.

We forge in carbon and low alloy steels, stainless steels and high alloys, using impression die press forging on presses from 1,600 to 4,400 tons, hammer forging and upset forging, with tool and die and machining done in-house. The Champaign facility is ISO 9001:2015 registered.
