IMT Forge has forging presses supported by either manual or automated part feeding. We can produce impression die forgings from 8 ounces to 80 pounds in carbon and low alloy steels, and proportionally smaller forgings in various stainless steels and high alloys. Forging Equipment:

Each forging unit is arranged in a production cell configuration with an automatic material feed system, electric induction heat, and a compatible trim/punch press. We also have gas furnace heat capability for tryouts or short production runs.
